The Fifth Dimension and Beyond: Our Future Story
Jocelyn: Can you start by drawing a thread from our ancient past to the present? Help us to understand the context of where we are now in our collective story creation ….
Heather: I’d like to start with the mythical story of Avalon, which can serve as an allegory for the dimensional shift that is currently underway.
Avalon is a mythical island that symbolizes purity, abundance, and magic – and in many ways it is a metaphor for the Fifth Dimension. Avalon has also been called the Island of Crystals, because of its mystical qualities and reputation for magic.
In this ancient story, dating back to the 5th century before Christianity arrived on the shores of England, Avalon is the home of the High Priestess Viviane and later the famous witch Morgan le Fey. According to legend, it is where King Arthur’s Excalibur sword was forged and where he was laid to rest. In these times, Druid culture was intact, and magic was ordinary. People worshipped the Great Mother, the Goddess and the High Priestesses ruled.
Many believe Avalon is in the same place as Glastonbury, and that before the marshes were drained, a lake surrounded the hill of Glastonbury Tor forming an island. It was accessible only by rowing boat and to those who were pure of heart. It was said that the Lady of the Lake – or the High Priestesses – could pull down the mists to hide the island from outsiders.
Avalon was one of the last strongholds of Celtic magic. When Christianity reached the shores of England, and patriarchal ways gained a foothold in the British Isles, there was a clash of paradigms, and the Celtic ways of the Old People were stamped out.
As this magical world lost power, Avalon receded further and further into the mists until finally it was lost forever. It just wasn’t accessible anymore. We can understand this in vibrational terms: the vibration between Christian England and the Celtic world was just too different. They existed in different dimensions.
What’s happening in our world today is a reversal: the mists are parting, Avalon – and everything Avalon represents - is becoming visible again. We can cross the lake to a higher dimension if we choose.
Staying with this metaphor, the lake is a dimensional frontier.
Jocelyn: Can you explain what you mean by a dimensional frontier?
Heather: Let’s first look at what we mean by a dimension. We can understand a dimension as a field of vibrational frequency, which creates a parameter for an experience of reality. A good analogy for this is a radio which has multiple stations. Every station has a slightly different frequency. When you tune the radio to your chosen station, you can only hear what is being broadcast on that station. It’s similar with dimensions. When you change the ‘frequency setting’, you tune into and perceive a different reality. This reality is totally real, even if you can’t perceive it when you’re at another level of reality.
A dimensional frontier is a kind of threshold: we’ve perceived another level of reality, but we can’t tune into a clear frequency. It’s like a fuzzy radio station: there is too much static. It’s a bit like getting a glimpse of Avalon (the higher realm) through the mist, but we still have to cross the lake. It’s not hidden anymore, we know it exists, but we haven’t gone across the frontier yet. This is where we are now: at a 5D threshold – trying to find our way across the frontier to the next dimension.
We are vibrational pioneers looking for the energetic pathways to the new world!
Frontiers are by nature tricky places; an uncomfortable transition between the known and the unknown. But a frontier is also a place of choice and infinite possibility. We can choose to go onward into the unknown or return to the safe zone of the known world.
In terms of vibration, we are swinging wildly between the lower notes of fear and resistance (3D) and the higher notes of spiritual awareness and expansion (5D). It’s very confusing and the energies are turbulent and unstable. It’s not an easy crossing.
In evolutionary terms, the Covid pandemic can be seen as a trigger event that pushed us towards this new frontier. It’s a kind of initiation that we must go through in order to birth the new world and create our future story. We know that initiations are challenging, but they are also where we find courage, new parts of ourselves, and where we receive the vision to write the new stories.
The gateways to the Fifth Dimension have opened: like the mists of Avalon, the veils are lifting but we have to find the courage – as a collective – to travel across the lake to make the Fifth Dimension a reality; to anchor it not just as a mythical place, but a lived, embodied experience.
Jocelyn: What exactly is the Fifth Dimension?
Heather: The first thing to understand is that the Fifth Dimension is not a place – it’s a vibrational state that we’re ascending towards. The higher frequencies are available to us now, and we are being supported to make manifest on the Earth plane.
We can think of the Fifth Dimension as a vibrational range (it’s not a static state) associated with the higher frequencies of love, truth, peace, joy, and compassion. In the Fifth Dimension, consciousness is more evolved: co-operation, harmony and creation are guiding principles; and abundance is at the core of our perception of how the Universe works.
The fifth-dimensional vibrational range is higher than the range that’s been dominant on the planet for the last 10 000 years, or so. We have been concerned with the material world and surviving physically and materially. This is the realm of the ego, which goes with fight, flight, and survival and all the power struggles that accompany these states of being. We can call this range of vibration – and perception – the Third Dimension.
In comparison, the Fifth Dimension can be seen as the realm of the heart and the soul. As a collective, we are beginning to understand that there is more than the material world of matter and we’re moving into greater spiritual awareness. We are becoming less bound by the concerns of the ego and the rational mind, and more interested in our soul purpose and why we are here in physical, human form.
This is the awakening that is sweeping across the planet right now. As our consciousness expands, we are evolving and becoming Awakened Humans – which is a very new type of experience: a new story for humanity. We are in the process of writing this story now!
Jocelyn: Tell us more about the Awakened Human. How will we change as we move into 5D?
Heather: We are changing in multiple ways. There are changes in our consciousness and changes to our energetic template – or blueprint. It’s like an upgrade!
Energetic template:
As we move into the Fifth Dimension, we are activating the energetic structures that underpin 5D consciousness.
There are a few key changes. The first is that our 5D chakras have become accessible. This is a 12-chakra system that operates at a higher frequency than the seven primary chakras that we have been functioning with in 3D. Many people are already working with their 5D chakras. As more people activate and work with the 5D energetic structures, the more our vibrational frequency – as a species – will automatically increase.
There are also significant changes in the Heart chakra. I first started noticing some of these differences around 2016 in my work with clients, especially children. Many children – especially very young children – have enlarged heart chakras. And in some of these New Children, the Heart chakra and the High Heart chakra (the 8th chakra) has merged to become one chakra.
This is a very visible structural change. We can call this merged heart the 5D heart. I think this is where we are headed – eventually, as we evolve, our Hearts and High Hearts will merge. This is a significant change, because it allows for the expansion of heart energy which will underpin the expansion of heart-based consciousness in the Fifth Dimension – and beyond.
Heart-based and unity consciousness:
As we move into heart-based consciousness, we’ll move from our heads to our hearts. Our understanding of the nature of reality will change too. For example, we’ll experience Oneness or Unity consciousness from a heart perspective: we’ll feel that we really are connected. It won’t just be a concept anymore. And we’ll experience ourselves and others as Source energy, which will automatically create more respect, love and compassion between people. We won’t have to strive for love and compassion: the experience of ourselves and each other as Source energy will naturally create a different perception.
Intuition and telepathy:
How we operate is going to change too. For example, we’re going to become far more intuitive, and intuition will become a valid means of knowing. Our sensory perception will expand. In 5D, being intuitive and psychic becomes a normal way of being, rather than something weird or for the special few. As we move further into the Fifth Dimension, we’ll also communicate telepathically.
Thought & manifestation:
Another key aspect of the Awakened Human is that we’ll harness the power of thought in creating our reality, minute by minute – we’ll only have to think our choices to manifest what we want. As we move further into 5D, manifestation will speed up. Eventually it will be instant!
When we really get how powerful thought is, then we will have to take responsibility for our thoughts and what we are putting out into the Field. We’ll understand our roles as soul creators through our human experience. This is a very significant attribute of the Fifth Dimension: we are becoming Conscious Creators as opposed to Unconscious Victims.
These fundamental changes will give rise to new structures and institutions. This is what people are calling the New Earth or the New Golden Age. It’s our future story.
Jocelyn: What are some of the external or visible manifestations of the New Earth?
Heather: We are already seeing that the old structures and institutions are breaking down. For example: western governments are losing credibility and are being challenged; witness the large protests taking place all over Europe. The mainstream media is no longer regarded as a reliable source of objective news, as it once was. Trust in key institutions, which is the very mainstay of the social contract, has been eroded throughout the western world. There are many other examples.
This ‘breaking down’ is the first step in the collective process of making space for the new story. The old story must be released before we can create the new story – or before enough people believe that a new story is possible.
Remember, reality is about collective belief. So, we must believe in a new story before it can fully manifest. This process of dreaming a new story and manifesting it will take time, but this process is already underway.
As we move into the Fifth Dimension, we will need different institutions and structures to reflect new ways of thinking and being – and this is already happening.
These are some of the visible changes:
· Relationship with the Earth – One of the most important manifestations of the New Earth is our relationship with the Earth itself. This will change fundamentally; from a destructive relationship to one based on respect. It will go far beyond respect: it will be based on reverence, where Oneness consciousness includes Gaia. We’ll understand that the Earth supports us, that we are part of the Earth, and that we need to co-create with the Earth to provide for our needs, and no more. For example, we will no longer extract from the Earth, but we’ll create in harmony with the Earth.
· Economic model – One of the outcomes of this shift in consciousness, is that the dominant economic growth model will wither and die. The current economic values of growth at all costs, and profits for a few, will be a thing of the past. In the New Earth, economics will fundamentally change: the focus will be on co-operating in smaller pods to create abundance and provide for everyone’s needs.
· Clean technologies – fossil fuels will be a thing of the past. We’ll be using progressively cleaner technologies, including crystal technology that we can’t conceive of now.
· Institutional change – As a result, the structures that fuel the economic growth model will crumble. Large corporates, supermarket chains, big hospitals and office blocks, even large schools, won’t be needed anymore. These structures belong to the old paradigm.
· Smaller communities & structures – we’ll live in smaller communities with a more local focus in how we organise facilities and leadership structures, and in how we produce food. It will be a more co-operative society, where economic, educational and spiritual structures work together for the highest good.
· Education – children will learn in small groups, in nature. We won’t be preparing children to perform jobs in the market, but rather to develop their unique gifts and to be soul creators. This is a very different emphasis, which will have a profound impact on society.
This might sound like Utopian thinking, but many of these things are happening already - and it will accelerate as we move more fully into the Fifth Dimension.
By 2032, most people who remain on the planet will be fifth dimensional – that’s only 10 years away! And these new structures will be popping up all over the world. This is our near future story.
By 2050, or thereabouts, we will be fully 5D and the world will be unrecognizable. We can think of this as our far future story.
Jocelyn: Can you elaborate on this far future story? What is beyond the Fifth Dimension?
Heather: First of all, the far future story is not about 6D or 7D or 9D. People often ask me why we should limit ourselves to 5D. Why not just jump to 6D or 7D?
My view is that we should focus on creating a stable 5D state on the Earth plane first. And then we need to experience this and evolve much further within the Fifth Dimension. If you think about it, we’ve just come through about 10,000 years of Third Dimensional consciousness – different stages of it – and now we’re just moving through the Fourth Dimension and entering the Fifth Dimension. In evolutionary terms, it’s early days yet.
The change isn’t instant: evolution takes time! We might be able to access the higher dimensions, 6D, 7D & 9D – we already do – but that doesn’t mean we’re going to create those higher dimensions as a stable field on the Earth just yet.
We’ll move much more quickly when the majority on the planet are fifth dimensional – around 2032. And by 2050, we’ll be moving fully into the new Golden Age.
Between 2032 and 2052 will be a period of rapid expansion and technological advance. It’s a huge shift: everything will be at a much higher frequency beyond our experience so far and the world will be at peace.
If we look at this Far Future story – and this information is a compilation of what many channels are saying – there are several common themes:
· Higher consciousness – By 2050, higher consciousness will be fully anchored in human hearts and our attitudes will be completely different. People will connect heart to heart and allow decisions for the highest good to arise. We’ll be using our mental powers for the highest good. We will be communicating telepathically with each other, and with animals. And we’ll be able to see energy fields as a matter of course. This means transparency, and a movement to openness and truth in society as a whole.
· Energetic shifts – As we evolve, our auras will become golden. This is why it’s called the Golden Age. Everything will have a golden hue, even the land. By 2032, our hearts will be open, and the sacral, solar plexus and heart chakras will be fully 5D. One of the results of the chakras evolving is that relationships will be based on love and empowerment, rather than competition. By 2050, the 5D chakras will be fully active and we’ll be moving to the upper levels of the Fifth Dimension. This will bring forth psychic and spiritual powers and by then we’ll be using our spiritually encoded gifts. For example, by 2050 we’ll be able to materialize things: manifesting into form from the unmanifest world. This will be done as a conscious communal effort. We’ll also be able to teleport, which will radically change transport. These skills will develop in the Fifth Dimensional era and take time to perfect.
· New Children – After 2032, children will be coming from many different parts of the Universe, and many of them without karma, which will make a huge difference to our continued evolution. This new wave of children will be high-frequency, very sensitive beings, bringing spiritual and technological knowledge for the future. We can’t even conceive of the technologies we’ll be using in the far future, because much of this knowledge will only come with the new wave of children, after 2032. The children will also be programmed for the New Golden Age to help us evolve further.
This Golden Age is a potential future story if enough of us choose it. I believe that the Fifth Dimension is more than possibility – it’s probability – because so many of the elements and energies are already anchoring on Earth. And there is so much support from higher dimensions and more advanced worlds for this shift to unfold.
Theoretically, it’s possible that as we evolve, we will continue to ascend to 6D, 7D and 9D – but that’s a long way off and I think it’s much more important to focus on what’s right in front of us.
The Fifth Dimension is our next evolutionary step!
Jocelyn: What can we do as individuals to co-create this future story?
Heather: There is so much we can do, but let’s distill it into five key aspects or action areas:
· Choice – It’s important to understand that you are a soul creator. You are not a victim. This is a very important shift in perception. Many people feel powerless right now, as governments and Big Tech become more and more controlling.
· Delink from 3D – Make a conscious choice to detach from 3D narratives and rather choose high-frequency thoughts, situations, and people. And look for the higher perspective of what is currently unfolding on the planet.
· Process fear – At an individual level, your path will be determined by the choices you make in your everyday life. If your choice is to walk the 5D path, then start by processing your fears and denser emotions, especially trauma.
· Open your heart – Another really important thing to focus on right now is opening your heart. An open heart is Fourth Dimensional – and it is the portal to the Fifth Dimension. When enough people have open hearts, the higher frequencies of love, peace, gratitude, and compassion will be anchored more firmly on the planet. We’ll be able to hold the higher frequencies more stable without the debilitating impacts of fear.
· Raise your vibration – Work energetically to raise your vibrational frequency. There are so many things you can do to raise your vibration, but right now I’d say activating and strengthening the 5D chakras is key. The more we work with our 5D chakras, the more we bring the higher frequencies in and learn how to hold the higher frequencies in a more stable and consistent way. Holding a higher vibration within the turbulence, and linking with others who are doing the same, will take you down the 5D path. Every single one of us can play a role in anchoring high-frequency light on the Earth plane and creating a stable 5D matrix.
Jocelyn: Are their mythical stories that describe this reality?
Heather: There are many examples, from different cultures. The one I’ll share is the story of Indra’s net, a traditional Hindu and Buddhist story originating from the 3rd century:
Indra is an ancient Vedic deity in Hinduism. He is the king of Heaven and the Devas.
In this heaven, there is a magnificent, jewelled net, which stretches infinitely in all directions and encircles the Earth. At every knot in the net is a single, glittering jewel, and in every jewel is the reflection of all the other jewels.
It is a giant hologram, with every reflective jewel in the net a point of the hologram. In a hologram, each point contains the whole, and reflects all the other points, thus reflecting the entirety of all the light – and information - in the Universe.
When any jewel in the net is activated, all the other jewels are affected. Change in one jewel creates change in every other jewel, however slight. This can work for good or ill, of course. But if your raise your frequency, it will send positive ripples right across the infinite net, touching every jewel, every person in existence.
How perfectly this ancient myth describes the Unity Field: the oneness, the reflections, the vibrational threads that hold dimensional space together.
Jocelyn: Is there anything else you’d like to add?
Heather: Our future story has to be created by all of us. We must all dream our new world into being. As we dream, we find the visions, we become the vision. We have the power to do this! And we shouldn’t lose sight of the fact that this can be fun!
