Learning the Light Body LIVE is a unique program to strengthen your energetic foundations and equip yourself with essential energy skills and tools to be your own energy alchemist.
Crossing the bridge to the New Earth will happen VIBRATIONALLY – and we need to work energetically to navigate the next phase of our evolutionary journey. With strong foundations, we can calibrate and anchor the higher frequencies in a more powerful & embodied way.
During the program, you’ll be guided to tune into the different layers of your light body and get to know your own energy. You’ll work with the seven primary chakras and your auric field. You’ll learn how to clear your energy and raise your vibrational frequency. Throughout there will be a focus on multidimensional grounding to ensure an embodied experience of your light body work.
If you are new to working with your light body, or you want to uplevel your energy skills, this foundation course will take you to your next level of energy mastery.
While the program is grounded in theory and sacred knowledge, the focus is experiential so that you embody the practices and walk away with a life-changing energy toolkit.
